Training: “Financing of photovoltaic project”
AMEF Consulting (www.amef-consultng.com) has organized and conducted two training days on “financing photovoltaic projects”, on January 26th and February 1st, 2019, for a Tunisian financial institution.
This training is part of a technical assistance assignment for the development of appropriate products for financing renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, supported by Green for Growth Fund.
This training focused on photovoltaic (PV) stations for self-consumption, their regulatory and incentive framework, and the methodologies for the assessment of the profitability of such projects. It also focused on the PV project financing offer and its commercialization approach, developed within the technical assistance assignment.
Thanks to this mission, AMEF Consulting reinforced its references in the field of Green Finance:
- Study of the leasing model for the financing of photovoltaic stations;
- Supporting leasing companies for the definition of a marketing concept and the development of a financing offer for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects;
- Accompanying the Tunisian National Agency for Energy Conservation in the definition and the implementation of a financing program for photovoltaic stations for self-consumption and for non-residential use.
